FoneWatcher?
FoneWatcher comes in Android monitoring and iOS monitoring editions. And any Android device running Android 4.0 - Android 11 is supported by FoneWatcher for Android. In terms of FoneWatcher for iOS, it can be used to monitor any Apple device running iOS 9.0 - iOS 13.
- 5. Can I use FoneWatcher to monitor more
than one device under one license?
One license lets you monitor only one device at a time within the validity period. Each device would be a separate license. So if you want to monitor more than one device, you need to purchase separate license for that.
- 6. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied
with your product?
Yes, you absolutely have the right to request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if you don’t like our products. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more information.

If you don't remember the password of your account, just click the "Forgot Password" option given on the Login page and enter your registered email address. Within a few seconds you will receive a link to reset your password in your inbox. If you don't see it, please check the spam mailbox and other mailboxes as well.

account?
You can use either of two ways below to reset the password:
(1) Click the "Forget Password" button on the Login page and enter your registered email address. Then you will receive an e-mail to reset your password within a few seconds.
(2) Login to your account and go to Profile Settings > Change Password section. Enter your current password once and new password twice, then hit the Change Password button. - 3. I want to delete my account, what
should I do?
You can directly go to the control panel > Settings > click ‘Unbind Device'. After that, your account and related data will be deleted permanently.
- 4. Can I monitor two or more devices using
one account?
Yes, you can monitor as many devices as you want to using just one account, but each device is a separate license. So if you want to monitor two or more devices at a time, then you need to purchase two or more licenses for that.
- 5. How to add another monitored
device?
If you want to add a new monitored device, you first need to purchase another valid license. To do so, just click the "Add New Device" tab on the lower left corner of the control panel and complete the purchase process. Then you can just follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.

FoneWatcher for Android updates?
To update FoneWatcher for Android, you need to uninstall the current one on the target device first. Then visit the download page to reinstall it on the target phone or tablet.
- 2. How to uninstall FoneWatcher for
Android?
To uninstall FoneWatcher for Android, you need physical access to the target device. Go to Settings > Applications> System Update Service to uninstall the Android monitoring app.
- 3. After updating FoneWatcher for Android
to the latest version, is the previous target device data still there?
Yes, the previous device data is still there after upgrading the app.
- 4. Will the device data still be uploaded
to the control panel after uninstalling FoneWatcher Android monitoring app?

You can launch the app on the computer where it is installed and go to Settings > Check for Updates. If there is a pop-up that says "there is a new update available," then you can hit the "Update" button to get the latest version of this iPhone parental monitoring app.
- 6. How to uninstall FoneWatcher for
iOS?
If you have chosen “Don't show the shortcut on the desktop, taskbar and start menu” before installing the app, that means the app icon is hidden on the target computer. To uninstall it, you need to go to the installation path and click "unins000" file to uninstall the program.
If the app icon remains visible on the target computer, just right-click on the program’s shortcut and select the Uninstall option on the Context menu.
