  • 1. I forgot the password of my account, what can I do?

    If you don't remember the password of your account, just click the "Forgot Password" option given on the Login page and enter your registered email address. Within a few seconds you will receive a link to reset your password in your inbox. If you don't see it, please check the spam mailbox and other mailboxes as well.

  • 2. How to reset the password of my account?

    You can use either of two ways below to reset the password:
    (1) Click the "Forget Password" button on the Login page and enter your registered email address. Then you will receive an e-mail to reset your password within a few seconds.
    (2) Login to your account and go to Profile Settings > Change Password section. Enter your current password once and new password twice, then hit the Change Password button.

  • 3. I want to delete my account, what should I do?

    You can directly go to the control panel > Settings > click ‘Unbind Device'. After that, your account and related data will be deleted permanently.

  • 4. Can I monitor two or more devices using one account?

    Yes, you can monitor as many devices as you want to using just one account, but each device is a separate license. So if you want to monitor two or more devices at a time, then you need to purchase two or more licenses for that.

  • 5. How to add another monitored device?

    If you want to add a new monitored device, you first need to purchase another valid license. To do so, just click the "Add New Device" tab on the lower left corner of the control panel and complete the purchase process. Then you can just follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.
