Welcome to the FoneWatcher Refund Policy. All refunds for the FoneWatcher Software and Services are governed by this refund policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

ALL PURCHASES OF FONEWATCHER AND SUPPORT SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS REFUND POLICY. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS SPECIFIED HERE WITH CLEAR EXCLUSIONS OF THE ORDER. YOUR RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS THE CUSTOMER ARE PROVIDED HERE.

If our product does not operate on your device within seven (7) days of purchase, and our technical support team seems unable to resolve the problem, we will reimburse your amount according to this refund policy. We assure you that the FoneWatcher service department will be able to solve the problem and will not need to provide a refund. We will do our maximum level to offer the best products and solutions for you.

If you are having technical problems with FoneWatcher which our customer service staff cannot overcome, you can be entitled for complete refund as outlined below in our Refund Policy.

REFUND PROCEDURE

To request a refund or for refund information, kindly write to the FoneWatcher Support team.

FoneWatcher is not responsible for any delays caused by technical faults or events beyond control.

FONEWATCHER’S 7-DAY FULL REFUND POLICY

In case the FoneWatcher software is not working on your device and FoneWatcher is unable to resolve the technical issues, you can only request a full refund from FoneWatcher within seven (7) days starting from your date of purchase. This does not apply to 2 consecutive subscriptions.

SINGLE REFUND REQUEST

The refund shall only be issued once. The same request does not apply to any other FoneWatcher product that was purchased during the same time.

NO-REFUNDS

FoneWatcher will not be giving refunds in the following circumstances:

  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund after seven (7) days have passed starting from the date of purchase.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund if you fail to reinstall or re-link the FoneWatcher software in the event of an update.
  • If your device is not compliant with FoneWatcher Compatibility Policy no refund will be initiated.
  • The following operating systems do NOT support FoneWatcher Software: Windows Phone, Symbian Belle, Blackberry 10, Bada, Windows Mobile. No Refund will be granted if it doesn’t works on these platforms.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund if your device encounters issues with internet connectivity, factory reset or OS system update after you buy FoneWatcher subscription.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund if you do not have access to your target phone, have forgotten your password or the target phone owner does not give you permission to use the FoneWatcher software.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund If there is lost connection of internet on the target phone or change of network.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund If the target device has been reset to original factory settings, no refund will be initiated.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund If you do not obey the setup directions listed on our website or by our technical support staff, no refund will be initiated.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund If you did not receive data on the target device before having to install FoneWatcher, no refund will be initiated.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund If you tried to use one single license on more than one device, no refund will be initiated.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund If you change your mind after purchase no refund will be initiated.
  • FoneWatcher will not provide a Refund No refund is offered if an anti-virus program damages FoneWatcher.

CARD ISSUES PERTAINING TO CHARGEBACKS

If there is a credit card company's chargeback during your purchase of any FoneWatcher service, you accept that we may terminate access to any and all accounts that you have with us.

Reactivation of the account is performed at our discretion, and only after obtaining the unpaid payments. Any such fees and costs arising from payments or other payment claims brought by you, the bank or a payment processor and lawsuits involving accounting or legal advice are provided by you.

CANCELATION OF FONEWATCHER SERVICES

To cancel the FoneWatcher Services please send us an email. You are required to give us proper information so we may process your request quickly. We may cancel your services on our discretion.

TERMINATION WITHOUT NOTICE

FoneWatcher has the right to terminate any account at any time without notice if they suspect that FoneWatcher services are being used in an illegal matter.
